Bracket

The Final Four of 3 and 4 January 2004, for which Omniworld Almere and Demon Astronauts among others had qualified, was postponed, mainly because the Belgian clubs could not make the date (Algemeen Dagblad, 29-11-2003). It was never played. The semi-final pairings are not known.
